RETURN POLICY
Right of return/replacement. In the event of a real defect or lack of

price, or (d) rescission of the sale.
The consumer has a right to demand without the burden of correction, or the
replacement of the product, provided that :

to highlight the problem and approved the return.
If it is a product, which does not correspond to the order, not
used and located inside the packaging in the condition it was received.
In any case, the product should be returned with all original accompanying
documents (proof of purchase, warranty, instructions for use) in the original packaging.
The refund must be made with the postal company, which will indicate the store
customers and charge of the store.

Shop ” ΕΥΣΤΡΑΤΙΑΔΗΣ ” does not bear any responsibility for any loss or damage to the
product during transport of the return.
In the event that the products are returned damaged or incomplete, the store “
ΕΥΣΤΡΑΤΙΑΔΗΣ ” has the right to claim compensation from the customer, the amount of which
will be determined by the condition of the products, and unilaterally in partial
to set off the claim thereof against the claim of the customer.
